Well many would argue that to rapidly is not a good thing simply because its not .

When you starve the body or begin to use unhealthy methods to loose weight this causes more problems than it solves. When you starve the body it will only adapt and will actually slow down your metabolism, causing your body to not burn off enough calories. This change in your metabolism will eventually cause you to stop losing the weight. Using fad diets, pills and starvation are fast easy ways of losing weight, but will you really lose enough weight for it to be worth . Denying your body the essential vitamins and nutrients that it needs to maintain health is what you are doing when you choose to lose weight with methods that starve and rob the body.

When you decide to lose weight to fast, you may possibly look nice on the out side but internally you are robbing your body of what it needs to sustain true health, so Losing Weight Fast – Good or Bad.. On the other hand there is nothing healthy about obesity, your body cannot possibly benefit from anything that obesity has to offer.
