The hardships of losing weight takes it’s toll on everyone at one time or another. I don’t care what anyone says but it does. I know for myself I have suffered time and time again to losing weight. Each time I feel like it’s another battle.

Here are some tips I have learned to help lose weight and keep it off in the long run and live a much more and better life.

Stay - Many times when people enter into this journey they lose focus and become un-motivated. That’s the simple truth and the matter. It’s hard and sometimes almost seems like it can never be done. I will be the first one to tell you that if you have the desire and the motivation to go on a active diet and exercise plan you can loose weight and keep it off with out starving your body

Here are some fat tips:

Working can change you life in more then way way. Here is a free tips:

Walk at least 30 minutes a day
See a trainer
Sit in a sauna
get a buddy
Closed circuit training
Boxing training

Drink
Eat fresh green vegetables on the daily
walk at least 25 minutes a day
Count your calories and don’t consume over 2,500 in one given day.
Write everything done. This is extremely important for weight loss that you document your progress every step of the way.

Here is the one and only exercise that you need to remember to lose weight.

Walk.

If you can walk at least 25 minutes a day then you are on the right track. Keep up this kind of work ethic and you will start to see results in 30-60 days.
