Avoid diet drinks – Do not be misled by advertising campaigns which brain wash you into thinking that diet soda is great to use when you are dieting, this is untrue, diet cold drinks will definitely help the snowball effect settle itself in your diet, it will cause havoc and you won’t know where it is coming from!
